Wendy Ng

Wendy Ng currently serves as Assistant Director of Capability Development at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore since September 2022, following a lengthy career with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore where Wendy has held the position of HR Business Partner (Senior Manager) since May 2009. In this role, Wendy focuses on workforce demand, talent management, and organizational goals, advising on HR best practices and facilitating change management initiatives. Previous experience includes a position as Finance Recruiter at Morgan Stanley, and roles as a Technology Recruiter with Kelly IT Resources and Recruit Express. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
