Terra Schultz

Terra Schultz, MEd, currently serves as the Regional Partnership Director at Civitas Learning, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Terra held the position of Director at Union Spaces, where strategic guidance was provided for U.S. schools recruitment efforts. As a self-employed consultant specializing in K-12 education from January 2020 to February 2024, Terra also worked as Partnership Director at Mantra Health, forging a significant $3M partnership with a Big Ten university. Terra’s earlier career includes roles such as Director of Strategic Solutions at Times Higher Education, Senior Marketing Manager at SAGE Publications, Career Account Manager and Senior Marketing Manager at Cengage Learning, Sales Representative at Pearson Education, and Global Coordination Manager at eTranslate. Terra holds a Master's degree in Urban Higher Education from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Belhaven University, with additional educational experiences at the University of Oxford and State University of Nizhni Novgorod.
