At MITRE, she develops funding and partnerships to accelerate emerging technologies, climate resiliency and city/state systems modernization. Laura coaches technical experts on value propositions, third-party funding and collaboration, and operationally affordable and politically feasible approaches.
Before joining MITRE, Laura consulted on post-merger integration planning and revenue growth strategies in the tech and finance sector, developed M&A business cases and channel revenue strategies for IBM, and was chief of staff for a private equity firm.
She holds MITRE awards for Development and Deployment of Engineering Quality Programs, Technical Leadership and Engineering Excellence, Transformational Solutions, and Outstanding Contributions among others. An alumna of Columbia University, Yale University, and George Washington University, she has earned certificates from strategy programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a technical certificate in quantum science from the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering.
