Gaven Needham

Gaven Needham GAICD is an experienced professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager for the Asia Pacific region at CKE Restaurants, Inc. Since March 2020, Gaven has leveraged previous leadership roles, including Head of QSR at Caltex Australia, overseeing operations for over 100 sites and managing a significant workforce. Prior to Caltex, Gaven held various senior positions at Yum! Restaurants International from 2002 to 2018, culminating in the role of Global Operations Director for Pizza Hut International, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for over 9,000 units worldwide. Gaven's educational background includes a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Graduate Certificate of Finance from the University of Newcastle, alongside degrees in management and industrial engineering from the University of South Australia.
