Bettine Potter

Bettine Potter currently serves as Omgevingsmanager Stadshagen at Gemeente Zwolle since December 2023, overseeing environmental management for the Stadshagen neighborhood. With extensive experience in environmental management, Bettine has worked as an Omgevingsmanager at CLAFIS Ingenieus and at Gemeente Apeldoorn from May 2021 to August 2024, managing significant infrastructure projects in collaboration with ProRail. Additional roles include serving as Adviseur Omgevingsloket at Gasunie and as an Omgevingsmanager for various projects with Van Gelder Groep BV. Prior experience includes working as Senior Consultant Omgevingsadvies at Stantec and interim Senior vergunningverlener/projectleider Bodem at RUD Utrecht, among others. Bettine holds a BA in Archeologie from the University of Groningen and completed education at Het Van Hall Instituut and Hondsrug College Emmen, achieving a gymnasium degree.
