Andrew Pinkes

Andrew Pinkes is a seasoned professional in the insurance and consulting sectors, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company since May 2024. Andrew has held multiple leadership positions, including Independent Board Director for various organizations such as Coaction Global, CLARA Analytics, CodeBlue | MadSky, and Ontellus. Notably, Andrew served as Interim Chief Executive Officer at CLARA Analytics and was Global CEO of R&Q Legacy Insurance while also advising the CEO and Chairman of the Board at R&Q Insurance Holdings Ltd until March 2024.
