Sabrina Poon

Sabrina Poon, MD, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Medical Director at Clarify Health Solutions since December 2024. Previously, Sabrina held the position of Medical Director for Episodes of Care in the Office of Population Health at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from July 2018 to December 2024, where responsibilities included leading the development of a specialty value-based care program and designing bundled payment initiatives. Additional roles at Vanderbilt included Assistant Professor and Attending Physician in Emergency Medicine, along with being a K12 Scholar at the National Heart Lung Blood Institute, focusing on NIH-funded research related to patient engagement. Prior experience encompasses attending physician roles at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, complemented by completion of a Harvard-affiliated emergency medicine residency. Sabrina's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Yale University, a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a Doctor of Medicine from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
