Nicole Welch

Nicole Welch is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in industrial brokerage and market research. Currently serving as Managing Director at Clarion Partners LLC since July 2017, Nicole previously held the position of Vice President in Industrial Services at JLL from June 2008 to June 2017, contributing significantly to a top-producing brokerage team and focusing on client relationships for institutional investors. Earlier roles include Senior Research Analyst at JLL and Research Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where Nicole developed in-depth market analyses and reports for various California office markets. Nicole holds an MBA in Global Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University.
