Douglas Sweet

Douglas Sweet currently serves as Portfolio Lead at Clarity since June 2024. Previously, Douglas held the position of Program Manager / Army Mission Lead at Chameleon Consulting Group LLC from September 2021 to June 2024, and served in various roles at U.S. Army Cyber Command between August 2016 and September 2021, including Deputy to the ARCYBER Chief Technology Officer and Division Chief. Douglas has extensive experience in strategic planning, budget management, and cross-agency coordination, particularly in the realms of cybersecurity and defense. Prior to these roles, Douglas was involved with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, focusing on inter-agency agreements and crisis response during the West African Ebola crisis. Douglas's military career also includes service as an Information Operations Officer, Company Commander, and various leadership roles within the U.S. Army. Douglas earned a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from State University of New York at Potsdam.
