Tiffanny Gates

Tiffanny Gates is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Clarity and as a member of the Board of Directors at Virtru, Tiffanny also holds positions as EVP and Strategic Advisor at Halcyon, Strategic Advisor at Ten Eleven Ventures, and Operating Executive at Capitol Meridian Partners since June 2023. In addition, Tiffanny has been a Board Member and Senior Managing Director overseeing the National Security Portfolio at Accenture Federal Services since August 2021, following the acquisition of Novetta, where Tiffanny was President and CEO from January 2016 to August 2021. Earlier roles include Vice President at Raytheon and Blackbird Technologies, and advisory positions at Razor's Edge Ventures. Tiffanny Gates graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1995.
