Rashi Rastogi

Rashi Rastogi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intellectual property (IP) training and management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President - IP Training at Clarivate since November 2020, Rashi previously held similar roles at CPA Global, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager from October 2018 to November 2020, and Assistant Manager from September 2012 to August 2018. Rashi has demonstrated expertise in identifying training needs, designing training programs, and developing knowledge among in-house IP professionals. Prior experience includes roles in patent engineering at UnitedLex Corporation and quality analysis at CPA Global, complemented by earlier experience in customer service with HCL BPO. Rashi holds an MBA in Human Resources Development and certifications in Training and HR Development and Patent Law.
