Philip Whitcomb

Philip Whitcomb is an experienced legal professional specializing in succession planning, asset protection, and agricultural law for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and family businesses. Currently a Partner at Clarke Willmott since July 2023, Philip previously served as a Partner and Head of Rural Private Client at Moore Barlow LLP from May 2018 to July 2023. Philip's earlier roles include Associate and Senior Solicitor at Moore Blatch LLP, Consultant at Trethowans, and Partner at Wilsons Solicitors LLP, where expertise was focused on private client matters involving rural assets. An alumnus of the University of Exeter and the University of Winchester, Philip holds a First Class degree in History with Archaeology.
