Jose Roman

Jose Roman has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as a Retail Store Lead at Clarks since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jose held positions including Assistant Manager at Florsheim Shoes and Department Manager at H&M, managing various departments and training associates in customer service and product knowledge. Jose has also managed stores at Rainbow Apparel Co, Payless ShoeSource, The Walking Company Holdings, and Easy Spirit Shoe Store, developing skills in leadership, sales, and team development over a career that began in 1992 with Thom McCann. Jose holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from John Jay College (CUNY).
