Precious Simpa

Precious Simpa, CSM®, CSPO®, is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Associate Systems Specialist at Claro Healthcare since January 2022. Previously, Precious held roles as a Systems Analyst and a Desktop Support Analyst at RL Canning, providing technical support for desktops and laptops in a large healthcare organization. Precious also contributed as an End User Support Analyst for the Covid-19 Vaccination Project at Cook County Health, assisting with device setup and installation. Additionally, Precious was an Engagement Ambassador at DePaul University and a Sales and Marketing Intern at Now Arena. Precious holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from DePaul University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Harper College.
