Operational Decisions Team

The primary responsibility of this group is overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, which includes areas such as IT, finance, HR, recruiting, office management, compensation, and more. In essence, this team focuses on everything non-programmatic. Senior team members are brought in as needed to consult on specific operational matters.
