Regional Leadership Team

About

Led by the Chief of Programs, the Regional Leadership Team is a newly created leadership group within our organization. This team includes all of our regional/geographic leads and will meet regularly to discuss topics including office operations, staff management, project resourcing, fundraising, and seeking opportunities for strategic partnerships. The goal of this group is to foster a more cohesive and empowered team of regional leads, which will improve inter-office coordination, facilitate peer learning, and ultimately contribute to our overall impact.
