Emil Novák-Tót

Emil Novák-Tót is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in research, consulting, and language specialization. Currently serving as Founder and Consultant at in it for CHANGE., and holding roles as People Ops and Impact Lead at Clause Out, and Ambassador and Advisor at FemHire, Emil also contributed as Founder Enablement Advisor at Dreamcraft Ventures. Previously, as Head of Research at Develop Diverse, Emil developed research strategies supporting product strategy and built diverse teams for linguistics and social research. Emil's earlier experience includes roles as Inclusive Communication and Language Specialist at Ordbogen A/S, Translator and Linguistic Specialist at the University of Southern Denmark, and Outbound Customer Service Representative at Implant Direct, among others. Emil holds a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from the University of Essex Online and a Master of Arts in Linguistics from Utrecht University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistics & Italian Language and Culture from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
