Larissa Lee Beck

Larissa Lee Beck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy policy and advocacy. Currently serving as the Senior Director for Europe and the Middle East at Clean Air Task Force since June 2020, Larissa has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Global Director of Carbon Capture. Additionally, Larissa serves as a Nonresident Senior Fellow and Women Leaders in Energy Fellow at the Atlantic Council. Previous positions include Senior Advisor for Advocacy at the Global CCS Institute and Public Relations Project Manager at the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility. Larissa's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in International Relations and Economics from University College Maastricht. Further studies were conducted at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and various other institutions.
