Melissa Katzenberger

Melissa Katzenberger, CPA, currently serves as the VP Controller at Clean Chemistry since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Finance HTS and Director of Finance Global Projects & Process at Chart Industries, Inc. from December 2021 to December 2024, and Director of Project Assurance at Strike, LLC from September 2018 to December 2021. Previous positions held include Director of Finance & Accounting at McDermott International, Ltd. and various senior finance roles at CB&I, dating back to 2006. Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, both from Sam Houston State University.
