Amy Duffuor

Amy Duffuor is currently the Director at Clean Crop Technologies. Amy has held this position since August 2019. Prior to that, they were an Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2018 to August 2019, where they advised on M&A transactions across renewable energy companies, independent power producers, and utilities. Some of their notable deals include leading the IPO of Sunnova, a residential solar company, and the $269mm Equity follow-on offering for Southwest Gas.

Amy has also worked at Ovipost, Noon Energy Inc., Leading Edge Equipment Technologies, NECEC, Clean Crop Technologies, and Gradient. In their various roles, they have gained a wealth of experience in the renewable energy sector. Her experience has been invaluable in their current role as Director at Clean Crop Technologies.

Amy Duffuor has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, an MPhil in Migration Studies from the University of Oxford, and a B.A. in Urban Studies with a specialization in Political Science from Columbia University in the City of New York.
