Kendl Kobbervig

Kendl Kobbervig serves as the Advocacy and Communications Director at Clean Virginia since October 2020, leading the development and execution of impactful communications and advocacy strategies to promote energy reform. Previous roles include Advocacy and Organizing Manager at Clean Virginia, where Kendl designed inclusive campaigns for frontline communities, and Operations & Communications Manager at Tennessee Conservation Voters, overseeing organizational operations and monitoring environmental legislation. Experience also includes positions such as Equity Research Fellow at the Dan and Margaret Maddox Charitable Fund, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University, and Environmental Program Associate at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Kendl holds a Master's degree in Community Development and Action from Vanderbilt Peabody College and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
