Cynthia Seymour

Cynthia Seymour is an experienced professional with a diverse background in clean energy, property management, and health navigation. Currently serving as an Affiliate at Cleantech Open since July 2024, Cynthia evaluates and advises clean energy and climate tech startups. As Principal at Seymour Consultants, LLC, since December 2019, Cynthia catalyzes the commercialization of prop tech and fintech startups. With over 20 years in property management as Managing Director of Retiro Properties, LLC, Cynthia oversees a portfolio of properties while coaching teams on 1031 exchanges. Previous roles include Marketing and Growth Advisor at Skip Technology, Mentor for startup companies at Founders Space, and Founder of Care Navigate, LLC, which focuses on improving health outcomes for aging individuals. Cynthia holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in International Business from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's in Economics and Spanish from UC Davis.
