Zbig Skiba

Zbig Skiba is an experienced management consultant and business coach with over three decades in strategic and operational support for growing companies, currently serving at Skiba Associates since September 1991. Zbig's expertise encompasses business planning, financial planning, SWOT analysis, and process improvement, as well as team building and hiring support. Zbig has also contributed as an independent software developer, creating tools for prominent companies. Active in the clean tech sector, Zbig serves as an ambassador, mentor, and alumni coordinator for Cleantech Open and as a peer group facilitator and business coach for 3BL Peers. Zbig previously led peer group facilitation and coaching at The Alternative Board and co-founded the U.S. Poland Chamber of Commerce. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Management Policy, and International Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
