Shane Herbert

Shane Herbert is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with extensive experience in pharmacy and integrated healthcare management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Clear Behavioral Health since May 2024, Shane previously held senior roles at Carbon Health from November 2020 to May 2024, overseeing clinic operations across multiple states and managing mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes directing account management at Omnicare, where Shane led a team responsible for substantial pharmaceutical sales, and serving as a District Leader at CVS Health, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Shane began a career in pharmacy management at Albertsons after earning a PharmD from the University of Arizona.
