Nicholas Hemmerly

Nicholas Hemmerly currently serves as Co-Head of Investment Banking at Clear Street since June 2023 and holds positions as an Independent Board Member at Liberty Star Minerals and Jupiter Neurosciences, Inc. since September 2022 and May 2021 respectively. Hemmerly's prior experience includes Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Bridgeway Capital Partners, and leading roles in healthcare-focused investment banking at PwC Corporate Finance LLC, Jefferies, JMP Securities, Scott-Macon, Ltd., and JPMorgan. Additionally, Hemmerly contributed to Project Renewal as a member of the Junior Board of Directors from 2008 to 2023 and co-chaired the 2017 Fall Ball Gala. Hemmerly earned a B.S. in Economics, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the College of Charleston in 2005.
