Bharat Patel, SAFe SPC, currently serves as the Director of Product UX/CX at Clearsense, leading a talented team to develop engaging customer experiences since December 2022. As a member of Product School since July 2021, Bharat is part of an exclusive community of Product Leaders from top industry firms. Previous roles include Customer Success Leader, Product Coach, and Digital Transformation Leader at TEKsystems Global Services, as well as Marketing Analytics Leader at State Farm®. Bharat's extensive experience also encompasses positions such as Principal IT Consultant & Program Manager at TEKsystems and Business Systems/IT Director at the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, among others. Bharat holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
