Jason Carley

Jason Carley is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in under-analysed and illiquid markets. Since March 2021, Jason has served as a Senior Partner at Hanover Investors Management, where a combination of analytical rigor and flexibility in execution supports a successful investment model. Jason holds multiple leadership roles, including Responsible Partner and Board Member at ClearStar, Inc., Fairline Yachts, and Brady Technologies, along with a position as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Transparent. Previously, Jason managed over €500 million in capital as a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Watling Street Advisors LLP. Additional board roles include Directorships at eCOGRA and AC Floby - Automotive Components Floby AB, and serving as Chairman of the Advisory Board at ES-Plastic GmbH. Jason holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (with Merit) in Finance and Securities Law from UNSW, together with early education from Scots School Bathurst in Australia.
