Karine Bekhazi

Karine Bekhazi is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical psychology, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Psychology and Head of the Psychology Department at Clemenceau Medical Center in Dubai since May 2022. With extensive experience including roles such as Delegate and Master Trainer for Substance Abuse Treatment at UNODC since December 2005, and Director of Psychology at American Hospital Dubai from July 2020 to May 2022, Karine has demonstrated expertise in developing clinical visions, leading teams, and implementing effective strategies. Earlier positions include Head of Psychology at Novomeds Brainmax Clinics and the American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology in Dubai, and Clinical Psychologist roles at various hospitals and clinics. Karine holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Ecole Supérieure Robert de Sorbon, a Psy.D. from California Southern University, an M.A. from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a BA from Notre Dame College.
