Todd Spencer

Todd Spencer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in government and operations management. Currently serving as a Weights & Measures Inspector for Clermont County, Ohio, Todd oversees fair commerce through testing and approval of measurement devices. Previous roles include Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau, Operations Manager at College HUNKS Hauling Junk, and Manager of Supply Chain Integrity and Regulatory Affairs at Cardinal Health. Todd has extensive military experience as a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army, having held various leadership positions in contract management and operational oversight for Department of Defense and NASA projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati and two master's degrees in Business Administration and Public and Business Administration from Webster University and Boise State University, respectively.
