Karlee Clements

Karlee Clements has a diverse background in sports management and business development, currently serving as a Membership Development Specialist with the Cleveland Cavaliers since June 2022. Previous roles include Jr. Membership Development Specialist and Account Executive in Organizational Business Development with the Cavaliers. Prior experience at Orangetheory Fitness as a Sales Associate and as a General Business Intern with the Lake Erie Crushers further complements Karlee's skills in sales and customer engagement. Early career experience includes working as a Food Server at Avon Oaks Country Club and Camp Counselor for the City of Avon, Ohio.
