Connie Ozan

Connie Ozan is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of TWIST Creative Inc., where responsibilities include agency growth, client success, and overseeing design aesthetics since 2000. In January 2024, Connie joined Cleveland State University as a part-time instructor for the Department of Art and Design, teaching an undergraduate course at the 400 level. As a Founding Member of Brand X Cleveland, Connie contributes to providing resources for leaders addressing crises and planning recovery for small businesses. Previously, Connie was a Chief Member in a private network for women in executive leadership from July 2022 to July 2023 and served on the Board of Directors at the Cleveland Institute of Art from June 2020 to June 2023. Earlier career experience includes owning c ratka design and working as a graphic designer at Market.al. Inc. Connie holds a BFA in Fine Art and Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University.
