Kate Eaton

Kate Eaton is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in major gift solicitation and donor engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Major Gifts Officer at The Cleveland Orchestra since January 2025, Kate has previously held significant roles, including Major Gifts Officer at The Cushman School and Director of Individual Giving at the New World Symphony. Other notable positions include Major Gifts Consultant at the Boston Society for Architecture, Major Gifts and Emerging Markets Advisor at Food For The Poor, Founder of Mishkhah, Director of Development at the Children's Bereavement Center, Director of National Resource Development at Mercy Housing, and Director of Major Gifts at Habitat for Humanity International. Kate began their career as Director of Development for the University of Colorado Foundation. Educated at the University of Colorado Boulder, Kate earned a B.A. in International Relations.
