Andrew Des Rault

Andrew Des Rault, CFA, currently serves as an Associate at Clifford Chance since February 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Exos from September 2021 to February 2024, providing legal counsel across various business lines in a boutique investment bank and fintech environment. Andrew's experience also includes working as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, focusing on derivatives and structured products, and serving as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities involved equity derivatives and prime brokerage legal matters. Earlier roles include an Associate position in the derivatives group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Andrew holds a JD in Business Law and Regulation and an MBA in Finance from Cornell Law School and Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, respectively, as well as an AB in Economics and Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
