Tim Oconnor

Tim OConnor is a visionary production management leader with over 25 years of experience in the recycling industry, particularly in ferrous and nonferrous materials. Currently serving as the Raw Materials Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs since September 2021, Tim previously held the position of Operations Manager at Scrap Metal Services, LLC. from May 2014 to September 2021, and at Sims Metal Management Limited from November 1996 to May 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing operations of multiple facilities and managing over 50 employees. Tim's career also includes roles as a Nonferrous Supervisor and Heavy Equipment Operator. Educational credentials include studies at Kankakee Community College from 1996 to 1999.
