Raphael Correa

Raphael Correa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales growth and climate action. Currently serving as a Climatebase Fellow, Raphael participates in a competitive fellowship focused on advancing climate solutions. Previously, as a SaaS Sales Growth Specialist at Shape, Raphael developed strategic sales initiatives for industrial markets and managed end-to-end account processes. At Bloomberg LP, Raphael held multiple roles, including a SaaS Sales Specialist where client relationships across the LATAM region were managed, and a Senior Specialist in Financial Product Analytics, delivering tailored analytics solutions. Raphael's earlier roles include technical sales within the Oil & Gas sector and design engineering internships in environmental systems and tire mold production. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy Engineering from Universidade Federal do ABC and has completed an exchange program in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois Chicago.
