Xavier Rancoule

Xavier Rancoule currently serves as the Head of Raw Materials and Indirect Procurement at Climeworks since October 2023. Prior to this role, Xavier held various leadership positions at Amcor from September 2015 to September 2023, including Director of Indirects and Vice President of Latin America Procurement, overseeing the procurement operations for the Amcor Flexibles Latin America business. Xavier's extensive experience also includes ten years at Procter & Gamble from January 2005 to August 2015, where responsibilities included Group Procurement Director for Polyolefins and several managerial roles focused on indirects and chemicals. Xavier holds a Master of Business Administration from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from SIGMA Clermont.
