Lisa Degisi

Lisa DeGisi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Clinical Outcomes Solutions since March 2024, Lisa previously held the position of Human Resources Director at ELIQUENT Life Sciences from January 2021 to February 2024. Prior to that, Lisa worked at BPM LLP in multiple capacities, including HR Business Partner/Manager, Benefits & Wellness Manager, and Benefits and Wellness Specialist from June 2015 to January 2021. Additional experience includes serving as the Wellness Communications Manager at Gilead Sciences/BaySport, where responsibilities included promoting wellness programs, and as HR Manager at The Veteran's Health Research Institute, overseeing various HR functions and providing strategic consultation. Lisa began their career as an HR Generalist at Somera Communications, focusing on diverse human resource areas. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University.
