Keith Byrne

Keith Byrne currently serves as the Group Head of Corporate Development at Clinigen, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Keith held various senior positions at ERGOMED and UDG Healthcare, where responsibilities included corporate development, M&A, strategy, and investor relations. While at UDG Healthcare, notable achievements included leading successful acquisitions and disposals, and earning multiple awards for investor communication and relations. Keith's earlier career includes investment analysis at KKR & Co. L.P. and Blackstone GSO Debt, as well as corporate finance roles at Deloitte Ireland. Keith holds advanced degrees and executive education certifications from prestigious institutions, including UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Harvard Business School, and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
