Lindsay Costello

Lindsay Costello is an experienced leader in global product development within the cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Product Development at Clinique since October 2018. Previously, Costello held various roles at TOM FORD BEAUTY, including Manager of Global Product Development, and contributed to both cosmetics and skincare initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions at Estee Lauder, assisting the Senior Vice President of Global Product Development, and serving as an assistant at Brioni. Costello began a career in trend forecasting at Fashion Snoops before earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
