Nick Scheel

Nick Scheel is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Asset Manager at Clipper Capital Group since October 2024. Previously, Nick held roles at Voltus as a Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate, and worked at Vail Resorts as a Ski Patroller, promoting skier safety and providing emergency medical assistance. Nick also contributed to marine safety as a Lifeguard Supervisor for the City of San Clemente and as a Salvage Dive Contractor for BoatUS, managing rescue operations and responding to emergencies. Other experiences include internships in real estate analysis at The Hoffman Company and insurance licensing at Fair Square Medicare. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
