Tom Rice

Tom Rice is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as Senior Legal Director at TravelPerk since June 2022, Tom is also a member of the Education Advisory Council and EMEA Advisory Committee for the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium since October 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of Legal Counsel at UEFA from July 2018 to June 2022, providing legal advice to multiple operational units. At Shop Direct, during the period from November 2013 to May 2018, Tom functioned as Legal Counsel (Tech & IP), advising e-commerce and IT teams. Early in the career, Tom worked at Squire Patton Boggs as a Lawyer, after qualifying as a solicitor, and experienced a secondment with RBS Invoice Finance. Tom holds multiple qualifications, including a FullStack Developer certification and legal practice credentials from esteemed institutions such as the University of Oxford and BPP Law School.
