Vinay Santurkar

Vinay Santurkar is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Senior Director for Cloudera Data Platform at Cloudera since May 2021, Vinay oversees administration, monitoring, replication, and databases. Prior roles include Senior Director of Engineering at SAP Ariba, where Vinay led the development of an Intelligent Procurement Data Platform, and Vice President of Engineering at SAP, responsible for emerging technologies in Big Data and cloud platforms. Early career experiences include directorial and engineering roles at Sybase and Sun Microsystems, with foundational work at Tata Research Development and Design Centre. Vinay holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Leadership Bootcamp certification from the Indian School of Business.
