Dilan Shrimpton is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in technology recruitment across various markets. Currently serving as the Head of Talent-APAC at CloudMarc since April 2021, Dilan has successfully overseen the expansion of the CloudMarc team, tripling its size to over 80 members. Prior to this role, Dilan worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner for Planit Testing, where the focus was on enabling clients to enhance digital quality. Dilan's career includes positions such as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cognitive Group, specializing in Microsoft technologies, and consulting roles at Oliver Bernard and Jefferson Frank, focusing on AWS, Azure, and DevOps talent acquisition. Dilan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Australian Catholic University.
