Andrea Aw

Andrea Aw, PMP® and SAFe Scrum Master, currently serves as the Customer Success & PMO Director for North Asia at Cloud Mile Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing multiple digital transformation projects, coaching team members, and enhancing customer success through effective communication. Previous experience at Travelport involved managing new booking platform implementations and re-engineering internal processes across the APAC region. In the role at AirPlus International, Andrea focused on sales and implementation of FinTech solutions, driving customer relationships and coordinating with partners. Early career experience includes retail banking at The Bank of East Asia and an internship at P. C. Woo & Co. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from City University of Hong Kong and has furthered education at Korea University and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
