Imon Mashayekh

Imon Mashayekh is currently a Strategic Finance Manager at CloudTrucks, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this, Imon contributed to The Coterie as a finance professional, where involvement as the eighth employee and first business hire was integral to a16z-backed consumer fintech startup from August 2021 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard in M&A Strategic Advisory focused on healthcare, where involvement in the sale of Adamas Pharmaceuticals to Supernus occurred from August 2020 to September 2021, as well as a Summer Analyst in Healthcare M&A in 2019. Additional roles include a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern at Gilead Sciences, an intern at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Development at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Revenue Recognition Intern at Cadence Design Systems. Imon holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, including participation in the Haas School of Business, and graduated from Dougherty Valley High School.
