Derek Cassidy

Derek Cassidy is an experienced professional in the building and housing sector, currently serving as Head of Clúid Works and Asset & Repairs Manager at Clúid Housing since June 2011. Prior to this, Derek held the position of Director at Consurv from June 2009 to May 2011 and worked as a Chartered Building Surveyor & Conservation Consultant at TKB Southgate Associates from September 2007 to May 2009. Derek began a career as a Chartered Building Surveyor at Pat McGovern & Associates from June 2001 to August 2007. Educational qualifications include an MBS in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Dundalk Institute of Technology (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Surveying from Dundalk Institute of Technology. Early education was completed at Patrician Brothers Secondary School and St. Josephs in Carrickmacross.
