Rolf Mueller

Rolf Mueller serves as the PMO Lead and Digital Business Transformation Lead at Clúid Housing since February 2020, focusing on organizational change and continuous improvement through a robust change management framework and data enablement strategies. Prior to this, Rolf held various roles at IBM from 2004 to 2019, culminating as the Global Business & Certification Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing a global team and overseeing the badge program for the IBM Systems business unit. Rolf’s extensive background in learning and development within IBM included roles as Senior Learning Specialist and Advisory Learning Specialist, focusing on technical and soft skills training. Rolf's academic qualifications include a BSc Hons in Computing in Cybersecurity from Atlantic Technical University and multiple relevant certifications.
