Elizabeth R. Bain

Elizabeth R. Bain is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in product liability and litigation defense. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at CMBG3 Law since June 2023, Bain previously held the position of Of Counsel at Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska LLC, where responsibilities included defending clients in asbestos-related litigation and managing a full caseload across multiple states. Bain has also worked with Williams Kastner and Bullivant Houser Bailey, focusing on asbestos and transportation litigation, respectively. Early in the career, Bain served as an attorney at Foley & Mansfield and as an associate at The Rosen Law Firm, specializing in products liability, as well as teaching LSAT preparation courses at TestMasters. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and an Honors BA in Theatre Arts from Penn State University.
