Marie Kelly Thiele is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategic and operational planning, financial oversight, and marketing research. Serving as the Director of Common Services at CMC Microsystems since February 2000, Marie is responsible for performance measurement, stakeholder outreach, human resources management, and business proposal development. Previous roles include Director of Outreach, Registration and Analytics, focusing on client engagement and competitive intelligence, as well as Manager of Marketing Strategy, where expertise encompassed marketing strategies, competitive analysis, and market segmentation. Prior to CMC Microsystems, Marie worked as a Banking Officer at Scotiabank, managing client investments and banking services. Marie holds a B.Comm. in Business Marketing from Memorial University in Newfoundland and Labrador.
