Marc Miele

Marc Miele is an experienced safety and environmental health professional, currently serving as Safety Manager at Commercial Metals Company since November 2018. Previously held the same position at Gerdau Long Steel North America for a brief period and served as EHS Manager at Accupac, where responsibilities included environmental reporting, OSHA compliance, hazardous waste management, and training programs. Miele has extensive experience in establishing EHS functions in startup plants as an EHS Consultant and has managed EHS operations at Medicia Holdings LLC, overseeing compliance with EPA and NJDEP regulations, managing safety programs, and leading recycling initiatives. Early in the career, Miele worked as a Compliance Assistant and as a Working Supervisor for the New York District Council of Carpenters, gaining valuable skills in project management and team leadership.
